- Tap Test Connection to start the connection test

SOLUTIONS
- If tests 1-3 all fail, you may not have an active data connection, try restarting your device.
- If test 2 or 3 fail, your carrier may be blocking access to Jack'd on your current data network. Try switching to WiFi or Mobile data, and connect to Jack'd again.
- If you are still unable to connect to Jack'd after trying the suggestions above, please obtain your IP address and contact Jack'd Support below.

If you receive this error message while viewing Jack'd Support, Jack'd will still work properly, but certain operations may be delayed. Data ports are managed by the router (or service provider) of your current data connection.

- You can try switching to mobile data, WiFi or vice-versa to see if that resolves your issue.
- If you continue to receive port blocked error messages in Jack'd after changing your connection type, you should contact your carrier or service provider for additional assistance.
