Starting in Jack'd version 6, we no longer support logging in using Facebook.
For additional details on looking up your profile email, updating or changing your password, please see the following items:
If you do not recall your profile email or password, you can reset it by accessing the password reset tool from the login screen in Jack'd.
- In Jack'd, tap Settings > Device > Switch Profile > Forgot Password
- Enter the email associated with your Jack'd profile.
- Tap Reset Password.
- Please allow a few moments to receive your email with instructions and a link to reset your password.
- Click the link in the email you receive.
- Enter your new password.
- Click Change Password.
- Return to Jack'd and complete the login process using your email address and new password.
If you are already logged in to Jack'd and want to add or update your password, you can update your password in profile editor.
- In Jack'd, tap Settings > Profile editor > Password
- Enter your new password.
- Tap Done.
- Tap < or Save to save your new password and return to the grids.
If you are already logged in to Jack'd and want to add or update your profile email, you can update your email in profile editor.
- In Jack'd, tap Settings > Profile editor > Email
- Enter your new email.
- Tap Done.
- Tap < or Save to save your new email and return to the browse tab.
