It is possible to use multiple profiles on the same device, however they must be associated with different email addresses.
To create a new profile
You must delete and re-install the Jack'd app on your device. Please make sure you know the email and password associated with your original profile before you do this as you will need to use them to re-associate the device with that profile (e.g. log in) later. After reinstalling the Jack'd app, launch it and tap "Create" and follow the steps to create your new profile.
Once the new profile is created (or if you already have 2 profiles)
You can switch between the two by performing the following steps in Jack'd:
- Tap Settings (for iOS), Menu > Settings (for Android)
- Select Device
- Select Switch Profile
- Enter your email and password for the profile you wish to login with
- Select Login
