Jack'd Pro subscription purchases made on Android devices are billed through Google Wallet and are managed via Google Play. Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 48 hours prior to the end of the subscription period you’ve selected. To turn off auto-renewal or manage your subscription, please follow the instructions below.
Jack'd Pro subscription purchases made between September 2016 and early 2023 may have instead been billed through Stripe, a third-party payment processing service.
In Jack'd
To disable auto-renewal for your Jack'd Pro subscription purchased via Google Play:
- Launch Jack'd.
- Tap Account.
- Select Manage Jack'd Pro.
- Select Manage subscription.
- Tap Google Play from the pop-up.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Locate and tap Jack'd.
- Tap Cancel.
- Confirm you wish to cancel your subscription.
- Auto-renewal will be cancelled immediately, but will remain active until the "Expires on" date.
If your Pro subscription is billed through Stripe, please submit a support request within Jack'd by tapping Browse (bottom menu) > Account (top menu) > Settings > Contact Jack'd Support.
- If the deactivate button does not appear under your subscription details, auto-renewal may have previously been disabled.
- If you previously purchased Jack'd Pro via Google Play, you will be notified in Jack'd to navigate to Google Play to view and manage your subscription.
- You can also find instructions below on viewing and/or disabling auto-renewal of Jack'd Pro via the Play Store app on your phone or your Play Store account from a computer below.
Google Play on a phone
To disable auto-renewal for your Jack'd Pro subscription purchased via Google Play, you must go to the Jack'd page on the Google Play Store app:
- Open the Play Store app.
- Select Menu.
- Select My Apps.
- Select Subscriptions.
- Select your Jack'd Pro subscription.
If your Pro subscription is billed through Stripe, please submit a support request within Jack'd by tapping Browse (bottom menu) > Account (top menu) > Settings > Contact Jack'd Support.
- If your subscription does not appear in your Play Store account, please confirm that you are logged in with the same Google Account from which your subscription was purchased.
- Your active subscription information will appear near the top of the page with the option to allow you to cancel your subscription, if it has not already been canceled.
Google Play on web
You can confirm subscription details and/or disable auto-renewal from your computer by signing in to your Google Play Store account and following these steps:
- Go to Google Play subscriptions.
- Log in with the Google account which you used to purchase Jack'd Pro.
- Locate Jack'd Pro.
- Here you can see when your subscription is set to renew or expire.
- Select Cancel subscription to disable auto-renewal (this cannot be undone).
If your Pro subscription is billed through Stripe, please submit a support request within Jack'd by tapping Browse (bottom menu) > Account (top menu) > Settings > Contact Jack'd Support.
If the option to cancel your subscription is not present, auto-renewal may have already been disabled.
