Apple requires developers to use Apple In-App Subscriptions for any paid features that expire after a set period of time. In-App Subscriptions must be managed via your iTunes account (Apple ID). For your security and privacy, Apple tightly restricts developer interaction with your iTunes account.
Launch Jack'd.
Tap Account (top menu bar).
Tap Manage Subscription.
When the dialog appears asking if you want to open the iTunes Store, tap Open.
If prompted to sign in, tap OK and sign in with the password for your Apple ID.
Locate and select your Jack'd Pro subscription (under active subscriptions).
When the details screen for the selected Jack'd Pro subscription appears, tap Cancel Subscription.
If the option Cancel Subscription is not present, auto-renewal has already been disabled; you should see "Subscription expires on" in the subscription title.
Assuming you use the same Apple ID on iTunes as on your iOS device, you should also be able to manage your subscriptions via this link on your mac or pc: View my subscriptions
Cancel an App Store subscription
Clicking the link above should result in a prompt to launch iTunes.
You will then be prompted for your Apple ID and iTunes password.
Once you have signed in, you will be taken directly to the Manage Subscriptions page.
You can choose a different subscription plan, or tap Cancel Subscription to cancel your current one.
If you cancel, your subscription will stop at the end of the current billing cycle
If the option Cancel Subscription is not present, auto-renewal has already been disabled; you should see "Subscription expires on" in the subscription title
Jack'd Support is only able to do following:
Initiate a Jack'd Pro subscription request from the app via the iTunes App Store, that will be completed and charged by Apple via your Apple ID
Verify electronically with Apple if a subscription is still active or has expired
Jack'd Support does not have the ability to do any of the following:
Initiate a new subscription
Disable auto-renewal of a current subscription
Modify subscriptions (i.e., extend a subscription to credit for downtime, renew an expired subscription, change plan type from Monthly to Annual, etc.)
Issue credits or refunds
Disabling auto-renewal does not disable the corresponding feature in Jack'd until after the expiry date listed on the screen.
Disabling auto-renewal does not refund your purchase, nor are we able to issue refunds.
To prevent being re-billed we strongly recommend that you disable auto-renewal at least 48 hours prior to your renewal date.
