Send Device ID

  1. Open Jack'd and tap the Account icon.
  2. Tap Settings > Device > Send Device ID.
  3. Tap Copy.

Paste the copied device information in your reply to the Jack'd support team or email it to yourself and then copy-paste it into the Jack'd support web form.
