Jack'd Match Guide

Jack'd Match is powered by the Relationship Status and Open To sections of your profile. Visit your profile settings to make sure you see the kinds of members you’re into.


Jack'd Singles 

  1. If you select single or widowed for your relationship status and relationships in the open to section of your profile, we’ll only show you members who are single or widowed and open to relationships when you open Match.
  2. You’ll match with members who are looking for dates and relationships with someone like you.

All other members 

  1. If you haven’t selected single or widowed for relationship status or relationships in the open to section of your profile, we’ll only show you members who haven’t chosen those things either.
  2. You’ll match with members who are either single or coupled and open/poly and who are looking for fun, dates, chats, or random play.

Changing your Match preferences

  1. You can update the Relationship Status or Open To section on your profile at any time to change who you see on Jack'd Match.

Start using Jack'd Match 

  1. Tap Jack'd MATCH.
  2. Tap START MATCHING to compile your first stack of matches.
  3. Jack'd will compile a stack of 25 potential matches for you, this may take a moment while your stack is compiled.
  4. Once your stack is available, swipe the card up, left, right or down to perform the following actions:
    1. SWIPE UP - View profile photos and profile details
    2. SWIPE LEFT (Not for me) - Moves to the next potential Match
    3. SWIPE DOWN (Ask me later) - Not sure? We’ll ask you again tomorrow
    4. SWIPE RIGHT (I'm Interested) - If you both are interested you’ll be notified of your match
  5. When you reach the end of your Jack'd Match stack, you will be able to get more matches in 24 hours.
    1. Jack'd Pro members get 4x matches, by tapping "I can't wait".

View your matches 

  1. Tap Jack'd MATCH.
  2. Tap Matches in the upper right corner of the Jack'd Match screen.
All member ratings expire automatically 2 years after the initial rating. Once a rating expires, the selection will no longer be indicated on the member's profile, and any mutual match will no longer be listed in Jack'd Match. 

Pro enhancements

  1. FREE members receive a stack of 25 potential matches every 24 hours; Pro Members can tap “I Can’t Wait” (3 additional times within the same 24 hour period) to get another stack of 25 potential matches immediately
  2. FREE members can see your last 2 matches; Pro members see your last 1000 matches
