Moments let you share short-lived photos or videos with targeted audiences for a limited time. They’re perfect for quick updates and disappear automatically after a selected duration (12, 24, 48, or 72 hours).
Tap Inbox from the bottom menu bar.
At the top, tap your profile avatar:
No active Moments: Tap your avatar to create one.
Active Moments: Tap + on your avatar to add a new one. (Tapping your avatar instead lets you view or delete your current Moments.)
Add content:
Take a photo/video in-app, or
Select a photo from your gallery (photos only; videos from gallery not supported).
Crop & review, choose the duration (12, 24, 48, or 72 hours), then tap Next.
Choose who can see it:
Select one or multiple Lists.
Use Send Directly to select specific members.
Tap Share to post.

Tap Inbox in the bottom menu bar.
Tap a profile avatar at the top to view that member’s active Moments.
Moments automatically disappear after the selected duration.
Tap Inbox, then your profile avatar.
Open the Moment you want to delete.
Tap ⋮ Menu → Delete → Confirm.
Tap Reply while viewing a Moment.
This starts a 1:1 chat with the member who posted it.
Select Report, then choose a reason.
Targeting: Share to specific Lists or use Direct Send.
Moments Favorites Folder: This gives you a second Favorites folder separate from your existing one. The idea is to keep one folder for your general favorites and another for the people you want to share more with when posting Moments.
Exclusions: Long-press a List to exclude certain users.
Blocked users: Blocked members cannot see your Moments.
Screenshots: Blocked within Moments for your privacy.
Notifications:
iOS: Jack'd → Account → Settings → Privacy settings → Notifications & alerts: Moments (toggle on to disable)
Android: Settings → Notifications → Jack'd → Moments (toggled off to disable)
Samsung users must first enable notification channels (Settings → Notifications → Advanced settings → Manage channels/categories toggled on)
Can’t see a Moment? It may still be delivering, expired, or the sender needs to update their app.
Moment failed to send? You’ll see an error screen, then retry posting.
Uploaded photo was rejected? Moments doesn't accept screenshots. Try using a photo taken with your camera instead. Only photos from the last 6 months are accepted.
