Unable to create profile (error 400/401)
If you receive error 400 or 401 when opening the app or creating a profile, try clearing app data for Jack'd in your device's settings:
- Locate the Jack'd app icon on your home screen.
- Tap and hold the icon.
- Select App info from the context menu that appears.
- Then tap Storage then tap Clear storage or Clear data.
NOTE: Uninstalling and reinstalling the app will not resolve this issue.
After clearing the data, try opening Jack'd and logging in or creating a profile again. Submit a support request if clearing app data does not resolve this issue.
