Update to the latest version of Jack'd

Learn how to find the latest version of Jack'd available, the version currently installed and how to update Jack'd on your device. Choose your device OS below for more details. 


Android devices 

Find the latest Jack'd version

  1. Go to the Jack'd Android Release Notes to view the latest version of Jack'd available for Android.

Confirm the installed Jack'd version on your device

  1. Launch Jack'd and tap Account > Settings > About.

  2. Verify you have the latest version installed in the upper right corner.

  3. If you do not have the latest version installed, please see the steps below.

Update Jack'd

If you do not have the latest version installed on your device, you can update to the latest version of Jack'd from Google Play. 

Note: Jack'd is currently supported on devices with Android 7 (Nougat) and higher installed.


iOS devices 

Find the latest Jack'd version

  1. Go to the Jack'd iOS Release Notes to view the latest version of Jack'd available for iOS.

Confirm the installed Jack'd version on your device

  1. Launch Jack'd and tap Account > Settings > About.

  2. Verify you have the latest version installed in the upper right corner.

  3. If you do not have the latest version installed, please see the steps below.

Update Jack'd

If you do not have the latest version installed on your device, you can update to the latest version of Jack'd from the App Store.

Note: Jack'd is currently supported on devices with iOS 14 and higher installed.
