When troubleshooting an issue, we may request iOS crash logs from your device in an attempt to determine the root cause of the reported issue. App crash logs are typically logged to your device and/or uploaded to your computer every time a sync is performed with your iOS device.
To obtain crash logs directly from your iOS device, see the following:
- Open the Settings app.
- Navigate to Privacy & Security > Analytics & Improvements.
- Navigate to Analytics Data.
- Search for all logs that are named Jack'd (listed in alphabetical order).
- Tap to open the most recent crash log for Jack'd.
- Tap the Share button (the square with an upward arrow) at the top right corner of the screen.
- Choose how you want to share the file and attach it to your support request response.
